2 Month Check Up

It is so crazy to think that we have survived another month. Blake is seriously the best kid ever. He is becoming much more content out of our arms and is able to spend time in his swing, chair, and stroller making life a little easier for us. He went to the Dr. today for his two month check up and he was in the 50-60th percentile for his weight and height. The Dr. said and I quote "He is just perfect!" She is pretty much my favorite person after telling me that and we are glad to know we aren't the only ones who think so! You know that with this large milestone I couldn't resist having yet another photo shoot! Enjoy!

 Blake weighed in today at 12lbs 13 oz

 He grew 2 inches and is now 23 inches long!

 

Blake did so good getting his shots today. He only cried for a little bit and has been in a good mood ever since! He was such a champ which made it much easier on me! Believe it or not I didn't even cry, and for those of you who know me this is unheard of!

What a cutie! :)

Beach Day

Today was Blake's first trip to the beach! It was hot today and the waves were awesome thanks to the tropical storm headed our way. But we survived drenching Blake with ice chips and keeping him under the large umbrella the Anderson's brought.

Here he is chillin' at the beach like a champ!

First time in the ocean!

 All in all the beach trip was a success! No sunburns, no sand flea bites, and FINALLY a much better picture of the three of us.

Photo Shoot

 Since the birth announcements have been delivered it is finally time to reveal the pics from Blake's photo shoot. Considering we are no longer "dinks" (double income no kids) we decided to take the photos ourselves. The first set of pictures were taken when he was only a couple weeks old.

 But if you know me, you know I didn't stop with the photos! So here are more of him when he is just a little bit older.

 

After many pictures Blake finally had enough!

But in the end even he gave the photo shoot a thumbs up! ;)

 **You may have noticed that in all the pictures Blake is wearing a diaper. This is due to the fact that this kid has a hard time controlling his urine when his little pee-pee is exposed!

It's official, Blake has started to show some emotion other than crying! It is so fun to watch him make his funny faces. If we are lucky, which we usually never are, we even get to capture his cute new faces on camera.
